Stimulating consumption with the most affordable price and the lowest operating cost, the Double Eleventh Congress has swept away the haze of weak consumer market. Judging from the sales of nearly 20 billion last year, the transaction amount of the Double Eleven has successfully stimulated consumers' desire to buy. The economic driving effect brought by the Double Eleven is what Yinchuan's underdeveloped tertiary industry needs, and the biggest benefit is the logistics express industry.

According to the data of the first three quarters of this year published by Yinchuan Municipal Bureau of Commerce, in the first three quarters, the total logistics volume of the wholesale industry in the city was 47.4 billion yuan, up 8.3% year-on-year, and the growth rate was 2.5 percentage points higher than that in the first half of this year, driving the total social logistics volume in the city to increase by 2.3 percentage points. The total logistics volume of the city's units and residents' goods was 35 million yuan, up 2.9% year-on-year.

"It is the continuous development of e-commerce that has promoted the upgrading of the logistics industry." Liu Hancai, vice president of Ningxia Modern Logistics Association, believes that although the individual's ability to create the economy is very limited, it is behind the comprehensive investment of the whole industry. "In order to better compete for customer resources, express delivery companies must increase investment in factories, transportation equipment and personnel, which will drive the investment in related industries to be huge." Lu Jiajie, who has nearly ten years of experience in logistics, also believes that Ningxia is located in the inland of the west, and has formed a logistics model of "re-exporting and light entering", that is, exporting industrial products such as coal and energy to other places, while household appliances and daily necessities need to be transported from other places. The rapid development of e-commerce has injected new vitality into the relocation of the logistics industry. "It is an obvious sign that foreign logistics enterprises have entered Yinchuan." Lu Jiasijie said. Well-known large-scale logistics distribution and express delivery professional companies at home and abroad, such as ZJS, EMS, Fedex and Yousu Logistics, have set up branches in Yinchuan, and a number of local express delivery companies, such as Ningxia China Post, Shunfeng Express and Tianbao Express, have developed rapidly.
